Kate & Shaun – Black Barn River Rooms Intimate Wedding

Kate & Shaun's beautifully intimate wedding at the Black Barn River Rooms was filled to the brim with stylish elements from the jewel toned florals through to the gold cutlery.

Wedding planning can be daunting if you're not too sure where to start but Kate had spent a bit of time looking through my photos and had picked out elements that she loved so started putting together a list of the most wanted/needed - which is always a great place to start! Kate had told me that she'd always wanted an intimate wedding, it meant that she could focus on attention to detail and have the best vendors. Hawke's Bay is filled with extremely talented wedding people so when you start piecing it all together it comes together pretty quickly after that!

Kate and Shaun were so much fun to work with and it honestly felt like hanging out with friends! All the suggestions I made Kate was happy to go with and we had a blast on our little adventures - even when Kate had to climb a gate in that beautiful dress of hers, she came out of it laughing!
