Baylys’ Farm Wedding – Belle & Sam
Belle and Sam chose Bayly’s Farm on the recommendation of Belle’s brother Jono, who became something of an unofficial wedding planner over the course of it. Neither of them saw the venue in person until the day before their wedding – a remote, striking property in Paihia with sweeping coastal views and more locations than a single day could ever cover.
The morning began with an early game of golf at Waitangi, looking out over water most people would happily drive past for the view alone. Belle wore a design by New Zealand designer Vinka, paired with silver slip-on heels – a considered, summer-appropriate bridal look. Her florals brought colour against the rugged landscape of Bayly’s Farm, all long grass, gnarled pōhutukawa, and coastline.
Guests of every age brought real energy to the day, and once the formalities were done, the dance floor took over for the rest of the night.
